Iresponsible behavior by branch manage

Dear sir/madam,

i am a policy holder of life insurance corporation of india policy no.463754187 money back plan.on the suggestion of branch and agent i opted for reinvestment of the refunded money.at that time i was promised to get back my re-invested amount within a day or two.

due to some serious financial trouble i applied to branch for refund of re invested money on 11/01.till now i did not received any genuine response regarding my refund.

the iresponsible behaviour and lack of knowledge of branch manager regarding the case surprises us.we think that people appointed for this post is not delivering his duties although he is being paid for this by the company.this is a lack of responsibility.

i request the authority to remind the manager for his responsibilities and train him to deliever the same.
