Payment of left over money

Sir,

i was the policy holder (APS-504413) which was matured on 31 Jan. I received 118500/- rupees in the month of april. I was told by 748 FPO that left over money (16500/- rupees) will be given after two-three months. After sending repetetive reminders till date result is nil. I met your end (Netajee Nagar, New Delhi) in Oct 10, where i was told that upgradation of system is going on and you will get your leftover mature money soon, but till date i didnot get the same.

you are requested to intervene in the matter, so that i can get my money as soon as possible.
