Intrest rate applicable wrong

Hi Sir / Madam,

I am Binod Kumar i am having a salary accont in hdfc bank

and our problem is regarding loan senction by wrong intrest rate with period of instalment i had contact in your bank regarding personal loan, that time i was spoken with Ms, Rachna her mobile number is 9654305177 and she had comment me your loan to be aprooved on 16, 5% reducing rate then i was agree to get the amont of 150000 Rs and our installment was decided for 24 month,

But now loan has been aprooved but interest rate is applicable 20 % and our installment has fix by 36 Month

So i request you to kindly see the our problem and kindly short the problem, Today i locked a complaint in your custome care also complained number is 236871193

Note:- Now i am trying to contact with ms, Rachna but she not picking the phone from last three days.
