ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD PENALTY AND INTEREST

Dear Sir,

I Mahesh Gajanan Mhatre, credit card no. 5176 3770 6572 9005 very old customer always making regular payment (atleast minimum amount)

As discussed with ICICI bank customer care representative I had already made the last outstanding payment Rs. 500/- against outstanding amount Rs.914/- (I have ignored late payment fees) still my total outstanding amount is 2950/-bank has charged me penalty & interest on penalty.

Overdue amount is only due to the non payment of old penalty charges.

I have received foolish message that “Payment not received on your ICICI Bank Credit Card 5174xxx9005. Please pay minimum to avoid further charges. Ignore if paid already.” though I have already made the payment of my Invoice.

Secondly i didnt get bank statement though bank is claiming already couried. Bank has already blocked my card.

You are kindly requested to close the account by reversing all interest / penal charges charged.
