Offer for spare parts not available from last 01 & 1/2 month

We have my company set up near bhopal in budhni area. We are sending the querry for offer required for some pares for my ACE Fork lifter But from last 1 & 1/2 months we are not getting any offer from M/S RELIABLE TERRESTRIALS . So we very fedup from yours services. We have many expension in yarn, towel & power plant But we have strongly openion about the bed services of ACE . In future we are not plan the ACE Forkliter & also same suggested to our tech. freinds by face book or by Energy saving channel.
