CHEATING WITH CENTERS REGARDING TDS

Dear Friends,

Aryan Bpo solutions is cheating with the centers, I am running a center in Banglore from past 9 months.

From every month billing they are deducting 11% TDS.

I contacted few centers working on the same process in Banglore and found the same problem.

At the time of signup they didn't told me about the TDS.

But at the time of payment they are making the payment after taking 11% TDS.

When I asked him he told me that this will not happen again, and but then also he is deducting the TDS every month.

Now its enough.

I will go to consumer form and take strict actions against him.
