Regarding Maturity Amount

I Udaybhan Pathak invested Rs 9000/- for Alto Trade on 30th Dec. My maturity period was 29th Apr. But Sponsor entered my details incorrectly after giving proper 100% verification details customer care people are not ready to give me info of my maturity amt n also not updating my contact number so thy i can use my E wallet for the same. Kindly do the needful. They have made too lengthy and frustating procedure to update the personal detail regarding the personal mobile number on which they sent our E-Wallet Password. Also my sponsor is not ready to help me for getting my money encashed and no one is turning up from the ATCR Pvt Ltd also. I am totally illiterate of all the procedures of the said company. Please make a note of it n try to communicate with them for the betterment of consumers. Thanking You...
