Ashok leyland /Finance Auto Loan
Non Issuance of N.O.C & Related documents even 3 months after the Repayment of the Auto Loan

Sir/Madam,

I had taken an Auto loan NO.(WI001976) from AShok Leyland Finance as in AIZAWL (Branch Office).pin code 796001.this was for a Maruti 800 Car REgd. NO.MZ 01 8699.and the EMI was RS.5050/-.I had also given 2 Blank cheques as collatral supporting documents as during the processing of the Loan.now my Greivience is that even after completing the Repayment formalitioes as the Last E.M.I being paid in Jan; i am not been given the NOC / Hypothetication Termination letter along with my other documents (BLANK Cheques) etc.till today and i have not recieved any satisfactory Response from the Company's office of the retrieval of the NOC./ Documents as it is mandatory for any co.etc to do so within a period of 15 days and now it is more than 2 months. therefore it is my humble request to the consumer forum to look in to the matter to sort out the matter for which i have been also trying with several requests sent to the Ashok Leyland Company.
