Unnecessary harrasment with bill

Dear Asianet Billing unit,

Customer ID# 12850 in PV Mathews name is alraedy paid and ask to disconnet it.

But still the bill is coming and unnecessary followups.

I have left kerala with family to Kuwait, and my mother she is alone and is being troubled.

Kindly instruct your people to do necessary to take necessary action.
