Amount could not be withdrawn

This is to inform you that I am a consumer of Central Bank of India, A.M.U Branch, Dodhpur, Civil line, Aligarh your bank Account No.14106 (001214774623).

I visited your bank on 07 April to withdraw Rs.-Through A.T.M but due sudden failure of power supply at the very moment of processing, the ATM machine stopped and the said amount could not be withdrawn.

This is to further inform you that next day I visited your bank to report the matter, where one of the officials of bank asked me to fill a performa. I did everything as he guided me and yet the amount in question is still not debited in my account till date.

You are therefore, requested kindly to look into matter and sort out my problem as it has been more then enough time for such a pitty issue.
