This is to inform you that I have a saving account maintaining with Amritsar, Punjab. I made a transaction of Rs 1000/- from SBI ATM (I.D. S1AN00404104), at World Trade Centre, Babar Road, New Delhi-110001 on 8th Dec, 09 at 05.17 PM. But machine could not process my transaction showing time out & amount is deducted from account. Even I was not able to withdraw cash.

Therefore, I request you to look for the matter & please credit my account with the same amount Rs 1000/-
