Money not Received

Sir,

I have UCO bank debit card no 438320xxxxxxxxx0 & had withdrawn Rs 5000/ from ATM at no S1AN50025801 and immediately after that wished to draw another Rs 5000/ although the ATM appeared to be taking out cash but no cash came out and the slip showed a debit of Rs 5000/. I again scanned my ATM card to know my balance which again showed the same balance. Please help out and ensure that I do not pay the penalty of using your bank's ATM as my own bank's ATM was not working at that time.
