Issue of mony deduct w

Dear sir,

I beg to state that I am upendra kumar verma, bank a/c no.- 30830696145 your reguler customer. I want to inform you in previous week 09/12 i try to withdrawl money nearest ATM Machine but where there was not money or cash in that Machine so I could not received cash.

But unfortunately my a/c debited Rs. 500 this information I have got through the Mini statement from ATM.

so I kindly request to you please short out my problem and credit my a/c Rs. 500.
