NEGATIVE BALANCE

It was 20th an 2011 time 7.17pm to 7.19 pm. when I used sbi atm card in Union bank for Balance Enquriy. I recieve printed sleep but when I saw next day balance 10000/- rupees whithdwral In union bank atm record no.2178 date 20/01.I have complained more time Uion Band and Sbi Bank Jaunpur they don't seen to take any action.
