Not give total withdrawal rupees from atm

Dear sir

my name is vipulkumar vamanbhai panchal

i have already state bank atm card (acno-30062828246) but i need to urjent cash so i use to your atm at shushen circle makarpura.

I withdrawal 5000 Rs at date-23/11 (18:08 hrs)(SBI card no-6220180037800027767) From axis bank ATM at sushen circle (makarpura)

but at that time sum problem in ATM and my total 5000Rs not give from ATM. only 1500Rs withdrowal by ATM and 3500Rs cash stuke in ATM

so at that time i written camplaint in book at ATM booth but not proper action from your officer right now so i going on your manjalpur branch axis bank but they say's i can't any help to you,

you are going your bank account branch so i given written camplaint in my SBI branch halol.dist-panchmahal but not taken action from SBI halol

now please as per possible help to me for cradit 3500Rs in my SBI account.
