ATM CARD REPLACEMENT

Dear sir, i am a BoB ATM cardholder since 2010 but today when i inserted my ATM card in ATM machine it has to denied to be operate so when i checked my card then i found that some part of ATM card back plastic has been unsticked and i tried it to insert 3 or 4 times in ATM machine but always i recd negative response so i detached the back plastic from ATM card & when insert again in ATM machine, it has totally denied to accept insert in ATM machine. so pl give me solution otherwise blocked my existing ATM card and replaced it with fresh duplicate ATM card ATM card no 4029850250422067 Mb.no. 9934190047 mailid (aj.ajayjain@rediffmail.com) AJAY JAIN
