Money deduceted but not received

Es sir, i m Pravin T Jadia having sb a/c no. 042701000050062 with indian overseas bank, vaniavadi br (0427), Rajkot.i used sbi atm @ sardar baug, Rajkot on 15.08.2011. atm id is S10G000463030. my insta cash debit card is issued by indian overseas bank, vaniavadi br (0427) at Rajkot 360001 Gujarat.on my first attempt cash went back in the machine. txn no. is 5113 for Rs 1000. then i tried second time for withdrawal of Rs. 1000 txn no. is 5114 and i got cash. i got cash for once but my a/c has been debited twice. so pl do needful to recredit Rs. 1000 to my sb a/c no. 042701000050062 with indian overseas bank, vaniavadi branch, rajkot Gujarat.
