Withdrawal of Rs.20000/ by another person

I withdraw Rs.200/-on 29/6 from my card but when we check the balance

it is veiw that an another entry of withdrawl of rs.20000/- on same date.when i complait in bank the bank officer told me that another person will draw out your Rs.20000/-

as per the above i will discuss the matter with bank official i have to conclsion that due to late operating of SBI ATM machine my money is gone.
