ATM DEBIT CARD
Wrong Debit

Dear Sir,

I lost my office bag containing my Laptop and SBI ATM Debit card on 5th June at

Bangalore. The same has been reported to the police at Ashok Nagar Police station at

Bangalore and an FIR has been lodged.

I also reported the loss of my ATM Card to the Customer care and the ticket number is

201006055803933. I had requested them to block the card. But the there are four

transactions pertaining to POS purchase which has not been done by me.

The following are the POS details:

Kindly arrange to credit my account and reverse the wrongfull debits.
