None Credit of Wrong Debit Amt in ATM

On 11 FEB at about 128 hrs I have tried 2 times to withdraw Rs 7000/- frm State Bank ATM Counter, Hasimara, Jalpaiguri- Dist by using SBI ATM but neither Amt nor balance statement recd. Immediately I have Found that my ac debited. Immediately I have oral complaint to Hasimara Branch but no result. Thereafter I have registered a written complaint at SBI Falakata branch and accordingly Rs 7000/- still has not been credited as on 15 Feb. My Savings Bank A/C No is 30741146636. It is therefore, requested Rs 7000/- may kindly be credited at the earliest in my A/C.
