(ATM ) ICICI BANK
NOT REFUND MONEY

I am having a salary account with ICICI Bank Ltd. My account No: 002101005214, i have made a withdrawl amt Rs 4500 from my corporate ATM Machine (Hero Honda - Gurgaon) on 10/10 at 05:30 pm, but i have not received my cash from atm machine and the same was debited from my salary account but not yet reversed.

i have inform the case of non receipt of cash to customer care several time but till now the matter is still pending.

i have lodged the complaint to banking ombudsman also for non resolution of my case and also have intimated the issue to nodal office of icici bank.

AND AFTER THIS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY PRACTICAL ANSWER ABOUT MY SHORTAGE OF RS 4500.

there are several cases of cash not received in the same corporate and we are now going to lodge a joint complaint against ICICI bank which will lead to cancellation of your banking licence for not giving any satisfactory response.
