REPLACEMENT OF ATM

Replacement Fee for 6 Year old

I have a SBI ATM card issues in Feb. I have been using it since last SIX years. Now due to prolong use, i am frequently facing error and i cannot withdraw cash.

When i contact the bank they told i will have to pay Rs. 200/- for its replacement. SBI already charges Rs. 50/- per annum for this card.

The card do not have infinite life. Thus the replacement charge should be Nil after few year of use.
