LESS WITHDRAWAL 5000 FROM ATM OF ALLHABAD BANK

This is BHWAGANT S. HARNE Just want to give a complaint that on 7th of NOV (Saturday) went to Allahabad Bank ATM in Ramdaspeth br. nagpur to Withdraw a cash of 28000 rs. Due to Shortage of cash in ATM i got cash only 23000, but the cash of 28000 is deducted from my UCO BANK SAVING account no. 16220100011460, & i received the receipt showing that my cash was withdrawn. I request you to see that my cash is put back in my account as soon as possible, Any other fruitful steps on the same issue.
