ATM SBI COMPLAINT
Account holder of SBH vijayawada operated ATM at managalagiri ..5000 not credited back into the account

I mrs.v kalpanajayakumar vijayawada.i have account in SBH with account no.52101405054

i have operated ATM in mangalagiri SBI atm id no. S1AN00101101dated 17/1.at 22.13with TXN no.3060 and 3061. I operated the ATM 3 times.first 2 times i did not recieve money .but third time i recieved only 5000/-rs first time operated was credited back into my account but the 2nd time money was not credited in my account. so i request you to check the details of ATM and cerdit my 5000/- rs back in to my account.i have submitted a letter to the branch manager state bankof hyderabad on 19.1.2010..till to this day no proper response.

so kindly take necessary action at early time..
