ATM Transaction

Hi Team,

I have used the ICICI debit card at HDFC ATM, Madhapur-Hyd today morning and the transaction is not successful, but it shows the amount of 3000/- is being deducted from the account and Immediately it being reflected in my online account as well. i have approached the phone banking service as well in regards to this and they have address that the amount would be refunded in the 24 hrs at it is the privilege account. Can you address me the issue clearly whether the issue is ATM problem or Banking issues or will money be refunded or not???
