Dear sir,

Today i went to south Indian bank Vettuvenni Marthandam to change the name of one DD (261887) There the staffs are very slow & they are not answering properly. THEY ARE CAMBINED AND CHATTING THEY ARE DONT CARE ME. I very disappointed i went there nearly 11 am, they told me it will take one hour then i went after two hours. they told me its not ready wait for 10min then i waited for nearly 30 min, then that person simply going for lunch with out informing any information, on the way i went and ask about my DD, he told me iam going for lunch there are so many works are there to take DD so you come after some time then he gave the DD at 3pm (like this) one of my known person she went to open one new account like this only they done finally they told her to wait at 7pm its was very urgent, so she wait untill 7.30pm and then only they shouted and gave this is too much

If we go to any bank if it is very crouded also they will give within half an hour
