Cheque Bounced

I made an investment of Rs.1L in the month of March in AURUM COMMODITIES AND FINANCIAL SERVICES INDIA LTD., 5B-DOSHI TOWERS, 205 P.H.ROAD KILPAUK, CHENNAI-10. They have promised me an assured return of over 18% per annum but they gave me a cheque of Rs.1.12L in advance which carries interest of 12% per annum. Cheque was dated 23-Apr. Same presented in my bank on 25-Apr and the cheque was returned back unrealised by their bankers with the reason FUNDS INSUFFICIENT. Understand their office is no more existing in the given address. Phone numbers given are not working. Tried for their executives cell numbers but to no avail. It is just a cheating. They have swindled my money. I am not sure of the numbers of the investors who have been cheated by this company. Authorities concerned are requested to take a stern action against this company and get me back the investment made.
