we went to dtdc office to despatch courier to mumbai. They asked to pay rs.90/-. but while preparing consignment note they did not quote amt. to be paid and after removing the carbon from the book they mention the amount in our copy only and left other copies blank. when we asked why you are doing so, they misbehaved. when asked to cancelled the consingment note they asked rs. 10 as cancellation charge without any receipt. This incident show their intention to cheat us. so you are reqquested to take action other wise we have to follow the legal option
