It is for your information that till date I have not received the card issued against the above application. Although I have received a call on 27th instant from the courirer people that they are having the cover containing the card which is to be delivered at my residence address. Instead of that they straight went my office address where outsiders are not allowed to enter the building due to government security norms. Then they told me that they will deliver the same on Monay positlvely, but till today i, e. 30th of March I have not received same from the courier people. My purpose of writing this mail is that why you send the such an important document through such an irresponable courier.. Buy this mail, I also inform me that if they misused the same during this period, I am not responsible for the same.By this mail, I also request you to get it delivered immediatly.
