Auto drivers demanding fairs in front of Mantri mall Bangalore

This is about the autos in front of mantri mall Malleswaram, Bangalore. Today, me, my fiencee and my sister went to a movie at mantri mall malleswaram, bangalore. while we were returning back we checked for an auto for a drop just 2 kms away. The driver demanded 70 Rs. Even the police man was near the auto line up but her was doing nothing. I can afford 70Rs but I donot want to spend as he was demanding 5 times more than what would have usually costed me. I am of the opinion that no one in this world has a right to make easy money.

Why can't pre paid auto stand be made in front of the mall just like the one made in front of other malls in bangalore?

Traffic police should take this seriously, but if police is with those auto guys, then god save india.
