Charging more than meter reading

I regularly take auto from Thane to Airoli bewteen 4am-5am after travelling from my town. From Thane to Airoli most autowalas charge fixed rate of 100/- . Someone rarely charge based on meter. Today i..e 23-sep, I hired an auto rickshaw from Thane station to Airoli at around 4.30am. Initially he demanded for 180/-. But later on he agreed to drop me based on meter. After dropping at destination, i asked for card, He displayed me the card and demanded for Half return on night fare. I had no option to pay, as the area dead silent at that moment. Auto number MH 04 V 4518.
