I have cleared my loan

I have clear my total amount of loan before 03 years. But now before 01 month i have recieved a letter of outstanding of sum 6000/ amount of rupees. When i clear my loan amount i got pink colour recipet from dombivli branch. On that it was written full & final payment after that i visited several times in dombivli branch to take my N.O.C to cancelled my H.P. But they told me it will come from our H.O in kolkattta i request you to look in my case as the auto rikshawh is only the way of earning source to my whole family.

when i went to clear the whole amount of loan i verified the amount of 3 with dombivli branch manager & after that i paid the amount i request you please help me.
