Cheating of public money

"Avanya food marketing" and "moon medias" both companies started by Mr. Arun (alias) Ramachandran and his wife Mrs. Sujatha. They have published advertisement in all tamil news papers like Avanya food marketing is going to provision items to the customer directly doorstep services, for distribution of provision items we are looking for franchisees in all over chennai. They have collected Rs.25000 for each and every area pincode wise. (We paid 25k in the month of sep'2010) After receiving the payment there is no response from anybody, we gone to that office it got locked and nobody is available. All employees and Owner (Arun) mobile, landline nothing is working. His house is also vacated.

We made a complaint in commissioner office on 18th november.
