Sir,
I have paid my insurance premium at Bhavnagar post office on 14.11.2009 for Aviva Life Insurance but till date neither Aviva life insurance company claims that my premium is not reached at their end. I have mailed and talked over phone but the reply remains same that " the matter is under investigation" and policy status shows that it has been lapsed and Bhavnagar post office says that they have forwarded the funds to their head office.
where should i file the complaint for further action
