Fraud Siganture

Dear Sir

I have taken a policy with Aviva Life Insurance C. Ltd (Policy Number-SAG2674694.)on August but recievd the policy document in May when opted for free look because at the the time of taking the policy I was told something, but in the document it was given something else, the company declined the cancelation as according to them they they have delivered to me in October which I have not recieved.

Also when I checked with the company all the signature on the proposal form and other documents have been copied, the proposal form and illustration on which I have signed at the time of taking the policy has been changed, by doing fraud signatures.

So please help in cancelation of this policy and get my money as company is delining to cancel.
