Fraud in terms of period of plan tenure and lock in period

The policy of Freedom life plan for 10 years with 3 years lock in period was taken by me.(Year 2009)

The agent from AVIVA has wrongly interpreted the lock in period as 5 years now. Now when I went to FC road branch, the fund value was 62, 000. and When I surrender the policy the amount came in to be 29, 000 .

Premium paid: 25, 000 per year total=75, 000 paid for 3 years till date.

I want my money back as this is pure case of fraud by AVIVA as an insurance company.

It was very important for me get the money back.
