NON DELIVERY OF CAR

Dear Sir,

We have booked Maruti SWIFT ZXI on 30th June by paying an advance amount of Rs 50, 000/- as a second vehicle in addition to existing Skoda Laura. Today i.e. 27.7.2010. We went to your DEALER show room M/s AVNASH AUTO, MADILLAPALEM, VISAKHAPATNAM 530020 for taking delivery of the above mentioned Car. But, the Show Room Sales Manager Mr. Chari refused to give the delivey by insisting that we should take their in house New India Insurance Policy of the vehicle through the said Show room. We informed them I was a good customer for New India Assurance Company and the same has given an estimation of

Rs. 11, 100/- for covering he Insurance where as your Dealer is demanding for the same New India Policy Rs. 16, 593/- plus other charges for delivering the vehicle.

But the said Mr. Chari refused to deliver the vehicle and also informed that he is prefer to cancel my order and ready to loose the business for the sake of Insurance Commission. In this context you may please clarify that whether he has appointed by you as your authorised dealer for the promotion of your products or by using your brand value to squeeze and suck the customer in this manner.

Under these circumstances, we wish to inform you that we are highly depending on your technology and engineering of your vehicle and also ready to wait for 45 days for taking the delivery. Hence, we are compelled to approach you with a request that you please instruct your Dealer to deliver the vehicle by collecting the Invoice amount only.
