A packet under awb no. 580598668 in name of Satya Narayan Prakash Yadav was booked from bombay on 9th of feb, 10. The same has been arrived to delhi on next day 10th feb 10. Its almost 15th feb and the cusotmer hav'nt received the packet till date. The address was 106-D, Pocket A, Mayur Vihar Phase-2, New Delhi. This is very very poor serivce I have been faced. The packet contains very urgent documents.
