Dear sir/madam

I am PINAK NAGVEKAR SALARY a/c holder of axis bank ltd. Goa Margao. I have a problem regarding my ATM card charges. I am using a Axis bank gold ATM card your bank has charged me RS 552 as a processing fee, can u tell me wen a bank like axis if it has to sarvive in the market is it necessary to charged processing fees for salary a/c? i want the the details of the fee being deducted from my account which is charged from my a/c Rs 552.00, is your Atm. card so expensive than other banks, sorry boss i don't agree

card should be provided free as a part of banking,

RS 200 annual maintenance ok i agree.

Any action not taken i might go to higher authority or file a complain in consumer.

please reply with appropriate solution so that the remaining RS 362 is credited in my a/c,
