I got call from number 918953349344 person told me on my name there is non bailable warrant issued and he give me the number of lawyer Mr upadhyay i ask him what the complain for but he told me that you can call the number and give me call back.and lawyer threaten me if i don't pay the money for my credit card debt then i am going to jail.i go to my lawyer he told me not to worried about.the name of the bank is AXIS BANK.THEY TRY TO THRETEN THE PEOPLE AS OF FEDERAL DEBT PRACTICE ACT IF THE PERSON DONT HAVE THE MONEY THEY CANT FORCE OR THRETEN THEM BY THIS TYPE OF CALL.DONT WE HAVE LAWS FOR THIS TYPE OF COLLECTION AGENCY'S.

THEY TOLD ME THEY ARE FROM MUMBAI INVESTIGATION TEAM AND NUMBER IS FROM UTTAR PRADESH.

WOW...

I THINK THAT THERE ISN'T LAW FOR BANK AND FINANCIAL SECTOR.
