Cancelled order transaction refund not done since 45 days

Hi
This is to bring to the higher concerned authorities regarding the non refund of transaction of Rs 699 which i made on 14th Jan for purchasing shoes on www.bata.in, firstly the order was cancelled & then the concerned bank didn't refunded my money till date, despite of repeated mails & complaints on it, i am not tired of it.
Such sort of service is neither expected nor acceptable. Every time i contact axis bank they ask for 4-5 working days & now they saying wait for another 45 days which is not a great deal of thought.
I am having my savings account with them since last 8-9 months & even a demat account which they said that they will let me know how to operate but till date, no executive have ever contacted me again for that service.
I need my money back & they need to compensate for the ever costly time i have been investing to get the amount back.
Even bata officials have not made any sort of reminder or a short call for the confirmation of receipt of the transaction, they have parted the ball in mid way by just sending a mail of cancellation.
I would just say, if this will continue happening, such companies will no longer be healthy is today's arena of globalization.
Kindly look into it & resolve this issue ASAP.
