Worst response and Rude Behaviou

Worst service and Response why because when we tried to drop the cheque of our employees into the Axis bank of mehdipatnam branch but branch manager Mr.kalyan Krishna refused to take the cheque even the Branch Manager spoken very rude so is this the service AXis bank is providing i want to clear with Axis Bank Immediately. As the manager representing the Axis bank am rite then why he is feeling that we are the employees to him and he is a boss to us i want clear this issue immediately.
