Problem with ATM -Money deducted from account, but was not dispensed

Hi,
I tried to withdraw 3000Rs from Axis Bank ATM, JP Nagar, Bangalore on 5th of march.
The money was not dispensed but, displayed a message as the transaction was successful.
When I retried again, the money was dispensed and again 3000Rs was deducted from my account.

3 05/03 NFS/CASH WDL/05-03-11/19:07:16/0 DR INR 3, 000.00
Could you please look into this.
