S. 10000/- deducted while not disbursed by the ATM

On 06-09-11 at 08.19:09am I tried to withdraw Rs. 10, 000/- from AXIS bank ATM no.-S1AC1204 located at East Distt., Police Office, Bholanath Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi-32.Through my ATM debit card no. 4357-0896-0526-6034 of Oriental Bank of Commerce. The ATM neither dispensed the money nor gave any print statement. I tried again also but in vain. When I went to Central Bank ATM I shocked to learn that Rs. 10000/-(rupees ten thousands) has been debited from my account. I received the with drawl SMS at my cell phone.

Sir, I am a lady teacher and Rs.10, 000/- is a big sum for me. I hope your good self will help me to recover my amount and oblige.
