Axis Bank
ATM card not work

I have opened my salary account in axis bank, they issued a kit excluding cheque book, but the thing is I can't withdraw amount in any of the AXIS bank ATM, Axis bank debit card is not at all working in the Axis bank ATM’S, what should I do.
