Dear Siir,

Kindly refer the letter dated 3/3 handed to you. Contents are as below :

Regarding the subject I met you & Mr. Chandra. Please be acknowledged the facts ;

- Your bank has to refund 1% as cash back at the end of the year-.

- Your bank did not return the same but assured me to refund.

- Since your bank failed in commitment, I had no other alternative left and I informed verbally to your bank and did not pay the last instalment.

- As discussed with the peson in your chair, he promised to pay me 1% as cash back.

- You raised one issue that one of the cheque bounced that I replied to you on 3/3 that due to your mistake the cheque was placed on the 10 th of the month instead of 5th. I thought that your cheque might have been cleared. Immediately I met the then manager in chair and paid him in cash. The Then manager agreed that your bank was mistaken. You will find that there has been no bank charge as fine. My intention is very clear.

- Kindly settle the matter. As promised pay me 1% as cash back with interest & take your one installment.

- I have never been in dispute with any bank
