Credit Card Status not updated on CIBIL

Dear Sir

I have settled my credit cards Of Axis Bank 4718610001620823 on 13-05 Rs.13000/-receipt no AXISB/881/44004, But till today it is showing on CIBIL report as written off why not NA as i have paid the entire principal amount. I have written so many mails to Bank about the condition stating that i met with an accident lost my job that's why could not be able to make the payment, On that ground the bank has asked me to give the Principal amount. But after one year still Its showing in CIBIL as written off because of this i am not able to get my home Loan, Plz do the needful at the earliest
