Payment declined by Axis Bank ATM, but showing withdrawl

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Sir/ Madam,

On 08.07.2011 at about 16.36 P.M., I went to an ATM Counter of Axis Bank (at Industrial Estate Rd, Patna) to withdarw cash of Rs.10000.00. The payment was declined, but the balance inquiry is showing debit of Rs. 10000.00. I tried to contact the nearest Axis Bank branch at Boring Rd, Patna, but it was closed then. My SBI ATM Card is Issued by SBI Motihari Bazar Branch. So I cannot contact in right now. Kindly look into the matter. My A/C & Transaction Details are given below.
