CREDIT CARD CLEARING CERTIFICATE, AND ATM CARD BLOCK

Respected Sir,

I am chinmay vasani. i had paid my all dues for axis bank credit card. i had many times visited at Axis Bank for Clearing certificate but they are fooling me for the same. (Axis Bank, Ahmedabad Branch, Gujarat). my credit card no is 4718630001474229. i had been called up at customer care but they are not taking this matter seriously. even my debit card is also blocked my savings account is 297010100072089. please look in the matter and do the needful. i am from middle class family. I am only the source of income for my family.
