Accessed rs.5000 twice from ATM but could not get

Sir,

this is to inform you that I, Niti Kanchan, a/c no.095010100277334 (savings a/c), tried to withdraw first rs. 5000 from axis bank ATM in shastri nagar, ghaziabad today on 24th-jan around 11 am but the money didn't come out as the whole of it got stuck. It even showed a deducted balance in my receipt. Then next time i tried to withdraw rs.2000 which i got easily, but after this transaction, i tried again for rs.5000 and the same thing happened, the whole money got stuck but somehow i managed to pull the amount and got rs. 4100 in my hands and rest went back and showed a deducted balance in my receipt

so overall, I accessed rs.12000 and could get only rs.6100.

I request you to take this into consideration as soon as possible and refill my account by the amount unrecieved.
